Before you write
Because everything runs in your browser, there are a few things we genuinely can’t help with — and that’s by design:
- We can’t recover a file. We never receive or store your PDFs, so there’s nothing on our side to retrieve. Always keep your originals.
- There are no accounts. No passwords to reset, no subscriptions to cancel — there’s nothing to sign up for.
- Most “how do I…” questions are answered in the help guide.
Payments and refunds
Editing is free. Downloading a finished document is a one-time $1.97, paid on Stripe’s secure checkout page — it’s not a subscription, and we never see your card. If it isn’t what you needed, email us within 7 days from the address you used at checkout (add the reference from the download page if you have it) and we’ll refund you in full. The details are in the refund policy.
Didn’t get your download?
Your finished file is prepared and kept in the browser you edited it in — it never reaches us. Go back to the download page in that same browser and choose Download again. If you paid but switched browsers or devices, email us with your payment reference and we’ll refund you.
Found a bug or have an idea?
Tell us what you were doing, which tool you used, and your browser — it helps us reproduce and fix issues fast. Feature requests are very welcome too; a lot of the toolkit started as user suggestions.
