Before you write
Because everything runs in your browser, there are a few things we genuinely can’t help with — and that’s by design:
- We can’t recover a file. We never receive or store your PDFs, so there’s nothing on our side to retrieve. Always keep your originals.
- There are no accounts. No passwords to reset, no subscriptions to cancel — there’s nothing to sign up for.
- Most “how do I…” questions are answered in the help guide.
Found a bug or have an idea?
Tell us what you were doing, which tool you used, and your browser — it helps us reproduce and fix issues fast. Feature requests are very welcome too; a lot of the toolkit started as user suggestions.
