If you are not happy with your download for any reason, email us within 7 days of your purchase and we will refund you in full — no questions asked.

What is refundable

The one-time $1.97 charge to download an edited document is fully refundable within 7 days of purchase.

Because the product is a digital download delivered immediately, refunds are reviewed and issued by our team rather than automatically.

How to request a refund

Email hello@textinpdf.com from the address you used at checkout and include your date of purchase (and the reference shown on your receipt or the success page, if you have it). We will process eligible refunds promptly.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take a few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

Chargebacks

If you think you were charged in error, please contact us first — we can almost always resolve it faster than a card dispute. Opening a chargeback before contacting us may delay the outcome.

No subscriptions

Every charge is a one-time, per-document payment of $1.97. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and nothing to cancel.
